Pikval grows stronger in Scandinavia

Shop fittings for Clas Ohlson

Together with our Swedish importer  Stål & Stil AB we have been supplying fixtures to Clas Ohlson stores since the 1990s. We have just renewed our 3-year supply contract to fit out the Clas Ohlson stores, both in Sweden and Finland.

Clas Ohlson sells tools, electrical and data goods and DIY items. The company has 85 stores in Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Cooperation agreement in Norway
Pikval has made a cooperation agreement with a Norwegian company, Torger Svindland AS. Svindland is a family-owned company which has supplied store fixtures to both retail and speciality stores for 50 years. Their head office is located in Sandnes and they employ 35 staff.

Svindland is one of Norway’s biggest shop fitters. Svindland has had their own manufacturing plant since they were esteblished. They have recently developed a new strategy for their operations and cooperation with Pikval has made it possible for them to give up their own manufacturing plant. Svindland is now investing in design, planning, project management and logistics as their new key areas.

Svindland has a cooperation agreement with several Norwegian retail store chains and, in addition, the company also supplies fixtures to individual stores. With the help of Pikval’s capacity and product range Svindland will be able to increase their customer base. Svindland serves their customers from the first idea to a completely fitted store – their vision is to make customer’s operations easier and more profitable.
